Delivery, Returns & Cancellations - Bradley Tractor Parts

RETURNS:

The buyer is only able to return goods with permission from Bradley Tractor Parts being granted beforehand by email at sales@bradleytractorparts.ie

Any items returned without first contacting us cannot be refunded 

All  goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were sent out

only Items returned unopened or in a satisfactory condition for resale are fully refundable.

Items returned that are not faulty or damaged will incur a 20% restocking Fee.

Consumer pays the return carriage fees.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Goods bought and paid for can only be cancelled within a very short time frame as we will be making every effort to dispatch your goods at our earliest opportunity. 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.  If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Important:

Parts listed are not manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Original equipment names, parts numbers and descriptions are quoted for reference purposes only, and are not listed to suggest that they are made by the original equipement manufacturer. Due to suppliers stock, products may vary slightly from the pictures. If item is out of stock a refund will automatically be given and the customer can reorder, if they wish on our website when the item is back in stock. 

Monthly specials will be sent to customers email addresses, to unsubscribe from this list please reply to the email advising us that you would like to be removed from the list. 

DELIVERY:

We will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within a reasonable timeframe from when your order has been placed.

Delivery of goods will be between general working hours and we have no control as to what time the delivery can be made.  Goods ordered on Friday after 2pm will not be dispatched until Monday and in the case of Monday being a Bank Holiday the goods will be dispatched the next working day.  

Goods not immediately available will be dispatched at the next earliest convenience. If a product is not in stock with our suppliers, we will refund your payment within 24 hours and the customer can purchase the item if they wish when it becomes availble on the website again. 

Bradley Tractor Parts does not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods caused to the buyer in transit or other third parties.

While every effort is made to dispatch the items for next day delivery, delivery times and prices are only a guide due to the variation in part size and shape.

Deliveries will be made via courier or An Post.
